Judo is a martial art that improves fitness, confidence, physical and
spiritual strength, while giving great satisfaction.
Everyone will be taught to suit their level.
Junior classes, for 5 to 16 year olds,
Beginners 5:45 to 7:00
Experienced 7:00 to 8:30
Fridays; Advanced Class
Adult classes, for 16 years to any age,
every Saturday 10:00 to 12:00

We will teach Judo in a fun, yet disciplined, manner. While some will want to pursue their skill to the highest competition level, others will want to keep fit or excel in the technical side of Judo. All will be catered for.
The club will follow the principles of Judo's founder Jigoro Kano, who started the Kodokan schools.

Our first taste of competition following on from Jade Moseley's recent victory as National Champion in her weight.
